Your information is yours — we take only what we need to reply and to do the work. What we collect, why, where it's kept and who can see it, all in plain language.

In short

  • We collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work.
  • No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Your information is never sold or rented out.
  • You can see, correct, export or delete your data whenever you ask.

What we collect

Only what you give us yourself.

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, service type, budget and message.
  • Whatever you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • If you become a client: your business name, address and billing details for invoices and agreements.

What we don't collect

This website doesn't track you.

  • We don't use Google Analytics, the Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Only two preferences are saved in your browser: light or dark theme, and Bangla or English. The language choice sits in a cookie so the site opens in your language next time — it's used for nothing else.
  • Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

How we use it

Only for the reason you gave it to us.

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To deliver your project, support it and send invoices.
  • You're never added to a marketing list without your permission.

Where it's kept and how it's protected

Contact form messages travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) straight to our email inbox — they aren't stored in a database on the website.

  • Only the people working on your project can see your information.
  • Passwords and logins are kept securely, and handed back — or we ask you to change them — when the work is done.

Data inside the software we build

The data in your POS, inventory, CRM, HRM or school software — customers, sales, staff, students — belongs to you.

  • Each client's data sits in its own database, never mixed with anyone else's.
  • Role-based access, automatic scheduled backups, and restores from those backups that we actually test.
  • We access it only to support or fix something, and only with your permission.
  • In school and institution software, the institution controls student and parent data.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. It is shared only in these two cases:

  • With providers needed to run the service — such as hosting, email, payment or SMS — and only as much as they need.
  • When the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as the conversation needs them, and deleted sooner if you ask. Project and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You stay in control of your information. Send one email and we will:

  • Show you what we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Export it in a standard format.
  • Delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children's information

Our website and services are for businesses and institutions, not for children, and we don't knowingly collect information directly from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when needed and will change the date at the top. If something significant changes, we'll tell our clients directly.
